Price Reductions or Concessions

With the Market today.. Sellers are asking: Should we provide concessions or conduct price reductions?
Our answer: PRICE REDUCTIONS! Throughout the years, we have seen the ups and downs of the industry and we know that pricing a home correctly will get it sold. When Buyers are looking for homes, their main concern is the price. Most buyers are searching in increments of 5,000, so if your property is not priced within the margins, your home will not be viewed.
When listing your home, keep this in mind: It is better to price your home aggressively at the beginning to promote what “The Bez” likes to call a feeding frenzy. If after showings, no showings, or poor feedback, price reductions do the trick.
